Team BBMC is excited to again offer our FREE run program to the public for the 3rd year. Fall is the perfect season to run and our program is the ideal way to make the most of it.
You'll have a coach who provides workouts, helps with your form, pushes you, and answers your questions. You'll run with a great group of people in a positive environment, to hold you accountable—what's not to love?
We will have newbie runners training for 5k’s, all the way up through more experienced runners training for the Indianapolis and Madison Marathons in November.

What are the program dates ?
The week of September 21st through the week of November 9th.
What days and times do we run each week ?
Tuesday @ 6:00 pm (30-45' social run)
Thursday @ 6:00 pm (45-60' speed workout)
Sunday @ 8:00 am (60-90'+ longer run)
How does it work ?
Each run will include workouts and guidance for folks training for different goals and events. Many days will start with a warm-up, dynamic/functional movements and then a main-set, before cooling down. Tuesday workouts will add social component and Sunday long runs will have aid stations.
Do I need to sign-up ?
Not officially, but if you haven’t attended before, you will be asked to sign a waiver on your first day.
