Ironman & 70.3 Simulation Day

Our FREE Ironman & 70.3 Simulation Day will be held on Saturday, August 15th @ 6:30am

This is a completely FREE event and is an opportunity to rehearse everything you plan to use on race day. From wetsuit, to wheels, to nutrition. We will have OW swim support, aid stations, personal needs, suggested workout structure and plenty of support during and after!
